The Ancient Celtic Church is a church of nature connection and was founded at the end of the 1950ies in Brittany by Archbishop Tugdual Jean Pierre Danyel, Bishop of Redon and the Brittish Ilses and member of the Gorsedd of Brittany. The Ancient Celtic Chruch has been established 2014 as a charitable trust in Germany. Archbishop Tugdual was canonised in 1996 by the Celtic Orthodox Church. The Ancient Celtic Church is an open, inclusive, universal church in the Celtic tradition, where men and women are not discriminated. The altars of our Church are open to anyone who wishes to receive the Holy Communion. The Ancient Celtic Church does not require to renounce the current denomination or faith in order to join in worship or prayer in our Church.
