The Ancient Celtic Church is a community of nature connection and is part of the reconstruction movement of the Celtic Christian Spirituality starting in the 1950ies and 60ies in France and England. The Ancient Celtic Church is an open, inclusive, emancipated, universal community in the Celtic tradition. The name of the church originated from its founder Saint Tugdual´s Hermitage of the Ancient Celtic Church. St. Tugdual was the Archbishop of the Holy Celtic Church and druid member of the Breton Gorsedd. Modern Druidry and Celtic Christianity can well be combined and together with the Arthurian Grail Quest it makes the spirit of the Ancient Celtic Church as we understand it today.
